Shipping Policy

​We will be shipping our packages through a third party. The shipping cost will depend on where you live. International customers will be most likely be faced with a higher charge for their shipping cost. Each package is handled with care, we use reusable bubble mailers (environment friendly), and tissue paper to ensure the safety of the package. 

 

Inside each package will be the list of the ingredients used in our products.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to COVID-19, we do not accept any returns as of now. All sales will remain FINAL until further notice​

If a customer made a purchase and is through with the purchase they may resend the containers and receive 10% off their purchase, as long as it is the same product (it is allowed to be a different scent), containers must come clean, they will be disinfected again when they arrive at our facilities. To accept this offer you must DM us on our Instagram (Nefertiti.Inc) to make your purchase through there.
